By using PawSteps Mumbai's dog walking services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Service Description

PawSteps Mumbai provides professional dog walking services throughout Mumbai, India. Our services include:

• Regular dog walking sessions
• Pet exercise and socialization
• Real-time updates and photos
• Emergency pet care coordination

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Pet Health and Behavior

• Ensure your dog is in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations
• Provide accurate information about your dog's behavior, medical conditions, and special needs
• Inform us immediately of any changes in your pet's health or behavior
• Ensure your dog is properly leash-trained for safe walking

3.2 Access and Communication

• Provide safe and easy access to your pet
• Maintain current contact information
• Respond promptly to service-related communications
• Provide emergency contact information

4. Service Standards

We commit to:

• Providing trained and background-checked dog walkers
• Following agreed-upon walking routes and schedules
• Sending updates and photos during each walk
• Maintaining the highest standards of pet care and safety

5. Limitation of Liability

PawSteps Mumbai's liability is limited to:

• Our insurance coverage limits for incidents during our care
• Direct damages directly caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or behavioral issues

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellations

• At least 24 hours notice required for cancellation
• Same-day cancellations may incur charges
• Emergency situations will be handled case-by-case

6.2 Service Provider Cancellations

• We will provide as much notice as possible
• Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible
• Weather-related cancellations follow safety protocols

7. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules and methods will be agreed upon during service setup
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers
• Service charges are subject to applicable taxes in India

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Emergency Procedures

In case of pet emergencies during our care:

• We will contact you and your emergency contacts immediately
• We will seek immediate veterinary care if necessary

• All emergency decisions will prioritize your pet's wellbeing

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due
• Access credentials will be returned
• Final service reports will be provided

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Direct communication and negotiation
• Mediation if necessary
• Legal proceedings in Mumbai jurisdiction as a last resort
